A moment of pride and celebration for Bengal, as the talented young athletes from the Karate Do Association of Bengal have delivered a stellar performance at the 4th KIO National Karate Championship 2025, securing Team Kata Championships in both Senior and Junior categories.

Under the expert guidance of Hanshi Premjit Sen, one of the most respected Karate figures in the country and the first Bengali to receive the WKF Bronze Pin and 8th Dan Black Belt, the Bengal girls have once again showcased their brilliance on the national stage.

    🥇 Senior Team Kata Champions

     • Debanjali Karmokar

     • Aishika Ghosh

     • Sohini Chatterjee

    🥇 Junior Team Kata Champions

     • Bipasha Paul

     • Chitralekha Kar

     • Diya Roy

Their exceptional performances, marked by precision, power, and perfect synchronization, earned them national recognition and reaffirmed Bengal’s growing dominance in Indian Karate.

This achievement goes beyond trophies—it’s a powerful statement on the role of Karate in empowering young women. Hanshi Premjit Sen has been a pioneer in promoting self-defense and personal development through Karate, especially among girls and women across Bengal.

“These young girls have shown what discipline, focus, and belief can achieve. They are not just champions, they are role models,” said Hanshi Premjit Sen.

The Karate Do Association of Bengal continues its mission of training future champions and building confident, strong individuals through the values of Karate.
