Kalna, Purba Bardhaman, May 28: A Victory Felicitation Ceremony was organized at Kalna College Campus in Purba Bardhaman by the Quality Skill Development Training Institute (QSDTI) and Quality Healthcare Nursing & Allied Health Training Institute (QHCTI). The event brought together elected representatives, healthcare professionals, educators, students, and local residents for a programme focused on social service, healthcare, and skill development.
The ceremony was held under the banner of the All India Rural Doctors and Health Workers Association (Quality Skill Development Training Institute of India). Noted social worker Smritikana Basu, President of the BJP West Bengal Katwa Organizational District, attended as the chief guest.
